CliniQ+ is for educational and training purposes only. The content provided by this Service:

• Is NOT a substitute for professional medical education, training, or supervision
• Is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• Should NOT be used to make clinical decisions about real patients
• Contains AI-generated, fictional scenarios that may contain errors
• Does NOT replace clinical experience or supervised practice

Always consult appropriate clinical guidelines, supervisors, and evidence-based resources when caring for real patients. The scenarios generated are fictional and simplified for educational purposes.

CliniQ+ uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate exercise content and reflection responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases
• AI responses are not reviewed by medical professionals before delivery
• AI cannot replicate the nuance and complexity of real clinical practice
• You should critically evaluate all AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI content

• Signing in with Google OAuth, or
• Using email magic link authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your use of CliniQ+ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

By You: You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account through the platform or by contacting us.
